TO DO DURING THE AFTERNOON BREAK
Visit the waterfalls at Sertig Dörfli. (Take the city
bus to the Platz Train Station, then the Post Bus to Sertig.) Eat lunch
at one of the outdoor restaurants near the bus stop.
Take the Schatzalp Bahn (Free with your Hotel Guest Card.) to the Berghotel Schatzalp (Old
sanitorium made famous in Thomas Mann’s The Magic Mountain). Eat
lunch overlooking the valley. Ride the Schlittlebahn (Summer
toboggan ride - One ride per day free with your Hotel Guest Card). Walk back down to Davos.
Take the lift to the top of Jakobshorn. (Free with your Hotel Guest Card.) Eat lunch
overlooking the valley and/or hike down to Clavedel and take the Post
Bus back to Davos.
Take the Parsenn Bahn (Free with your Hotel Guest Card.) to Weissfluhjoch. Eat lunch
overlooking the valley.
Walk or ride the city bus to the lake (Davosee).
Eat lunch and watch the windsurfers. Walk around the lake
(approximately 2 km).Shop
along Promenadestrasse.
Take the Post Bus to Clavadel. Hike back
to Davos.|
